This famous adage from the school of Salerno (renowned school of medicine in the Middle Ages) is not far from the truth. The wonderful sage, magical plant, witch plant is rich in virtues, but it is not a plant to be used lightly.
Sage, salvia officinalis
Valuable help against hot flashes and perspiration. It is an ally of women thanks to its estrogenic action. It is great for menopausal women, and after childbirth because it has a tonic action on the uterus.
Note:
Avoid in pregnant women and in cases of fibroma, in pre-menopause and especially in cases of cancer related to hormones.
