TRANSPORTATION OF YOUR PACKAGE

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the Buyer's payment. The expedition is made by parcel post via the following carriers :

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of the Buyer's order. Mauritius Products cannot group two distinct orders and the Buyer will have to pay postage for each of them. The Buyer's package is shipped at his own risk and special care is taken to protect fragile products.

DELIVERY

The Buyer has the choice to take delivery of items ordered and paid at " Mauritius Products " at Port-Louis (only by appointment) or has the potential to be delivered by post.

Warning : Free shipping is limited to shipments to Mauritius.

The delivery time for items in stock includes the time of preparing the package and delivery time. The average time is 2 days to Mauritius and up to 7 days for other the destinations.

Packages are oversized and protected.

WORLD DELIVERY

Invoicing is tax-free and possible customs invoicing is foreseen.In the event of delivery to these areas, the purchaser shall be deemed to be the importer of the product or products concerned.All local taxes, local taxes, customs duties or other services to be paid are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.It is up to the purchaser to carry out all formalities and obtain all the necessary authorizations for the acquisition of the products from the local authorities, and ensure that products comply with local legislative and regulatory requirements.
