Cutty Sark is one of the largest and fastest clippers in the world. Floated November 23, 1869, the Cutty Sark was chartered in tea trade between China and England from 1870 to 1877. He sailed across the oceans visiting all major ports of the world. During this period, he made several stops at Port Louis in Mauritius on the route to India. BACKGROUND: From 1877 to 1883 the Cutty Sark tea will provide transportation between England and Asia. During his professional life, he has transported more than 10,000 chests makers.
