Kanasuk Amber Brown Brown Sugar is considered light brown crystals with a soft texture. Soft sugar, of a pale brown, it is used for confectionery, but also in the manufacture of cappuccinos and espresso.
The molasses it contains gives it a sweet and pronounced aroma. Its particular texture and flavor allow to vary pleasantly the consistency and finish of the desserts pan-fried or gratinated: French toast, crepe, baked apples.
